Residential Pressure Washing, Brick Ranches to New Builds
Around here we clean mostly vinyl siding and brick, with stucco and Dryvit mixed in. That ranges from brick ranch homes with porches, carports, and long driveways to newer builds along Mountain Road. Here is what we clean and seal for homeowners:
- House Washing: A soft wash for vinyl siding, stucco, Dryvit, and brick that lifts mold, mildew, pollen, and webs without high pressure. We can add exterior window cleaning or a spot-free rinse to the same visit.
- Roof Cleaning: A soft wash for asphalt shingle and slate roofs. One crew member applies the solution while a second stays on the ground to protect plants and manage runoff.
- Gutter Cleaning: We clean gutters by hand, flush every downspout, and clear debris from any guards you already have. We clean gutters on homes up to three stories. Gutter guard installation is available too.
- Deck Cleaning: A soft wash on composite, and detergent with medium pressure on pressure-treated pine and cedar.
- Fence Cleaning: A soft wash on vinyl and medium pressure on wood, on your side or both sides.
- Deck & Fence Staining: We wash first, let it dry, then spray the stain on and back-brush it into the gaps. We use Olympic by default, or another brand on request.
- Driveway Cleaning: We clean concrete driveways only. If your concrete is brand new, we'll lower the pressure or suggest waiting to avoid damaging the surface. Every driveway gets a pre-treatment, a flat surface cleaner for an even finish, a full rinse and crack filling.
- Concrete Cleaning: We clean patios, sidewalks, walkways, and pool decks so you can drive or walk on them as soon as we're done.
- Concrete Sealing: We clean first and fill the cracks, then spray the sealer on broom-swept concrete and roll it on exposed aggregate and decorative concrete. The decorative and aggregate surfaces can finish shiny or matte.
- Paver Sealing: We seal clay, concrete, and brick pavers with Trident products chosen for the surface and the look you want. Some sealers lock the joint sand in during the same step.
- Paver Restoration: A deep clean blasts the old debris out of the joints. Then we add fresh joint sand and a sealer, with your choice of sand color and finish.
Once a year is the minimum we'd suggest, and twice a year if your budget allows, after the spring pollen and again before winter.
