Clay Pavers
Your clay pavers get the complete job: a deep clean, cleared joints, fresh joint sand, and a seal. We match the sealer to the clay surface so it bonds the way it should.
Over time, pavers fade, and the sand washes out from between them. Summers here run hot and muggy, and winters freeze. Reyco Pressure Washing & Sealing restores faded Midlothian pavers with a deep clean using a flat surface cleaner, then a return visit to re-sand and seal them. If your patio or walkway has lost its color and its joint sand, call us at (804) 338-6763.
We see clay, concrete, and brick pavers on homes around here, and we restore all three.
Your clay pavers get the complete job: a deep clean, cleared joints, fresh joint sand, and a seal. We match the sealer to the clay surface so it bonds the way it should.
Concrete pavers go through the same restoration from start to finish: deep cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed. We choose the sealer for the concrete surface.
Brick pavers get the deep clean, cleared joints, fresh sand, and seal as well. We pick the sealer to suit the brick so it holds up.
Many homeowners call just to have their pavers cleaned, and that is a fair place to start. But a deep clean knocks the sand out from between the pavers. Bare joints leave the pavers loose and open to weeds and shifting. So we re-sand and seal at the same time. We sell the clean, the fresh sand, and the seal together as one restoration job, so your pavers leave protected rather than stripped.
Here is what sets our paver work apart.
We trained directly with Trident in paver restoration and use their products, along with the best materials we can find. That training covered this exact job, and Trident joint sand and sealers go into your pavers.
Sealing is in our name. Once your driveway, patio, pavers, deck, or fence is clean, we can seal or stain it too, so you deal with one crew from start to finish. No one hands your pavers off between cleaning and sealing; our team handles both visits.
You choose the joint sand color and the sealer finish on your restoration. We walk you through the options so the result matches what you had in mind.
Here is how a restoration goes, from your first call to the day we apply fresh sand and sealer.
Reach out by phone, text, or our form and share your name, address, email, and what you'd like restored. For homes, we measure your property online and confirm the paver surface, then email you an itemized estimate. There is no charge for it.
Approve your estimate with one click and choose from the dates we email you. You get an automatic reminder the morning before we arrive, so the day never sneaks up on you.
Restoring pavers is messy work. Before we start, we cover and protect everything around the patio or walkway. That keeps the mess on the pavers and off your plants, siding, and furniture.
We apply detergent to the pavers, then clean the surface with a flat surface cleaner for an even result across the whole patio or walkway.
Next, we run a turbo nozzle down the joints to blast out the old sand and debris packed between the pavers. A thorough rinse finishes the clean-up.
We come back to lay fresh joint sand and seal the pavers. The path depends on the sealer you pick. We either activate the sand first and seal the next day, or use a sealer that activates the sand itself in one step. Your pavers get Trident joint sand and sealers, applied with a sprayer.
When the sealer is on, we let you know we're finished. Pay by check, by card on site or online from the emailed invoice, and an automatic receipt follows. We stand behind the work after we leave.
We price paver restoration by the square foot, and your emailed estimate gives you the exact number after we measure.
Booking with neighbors: when three or more neighbors book for the same day, each home gets 10% off. Ask about it when you get your estimate.
Every job comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything isn't right, we come back out, usually within 24 hours, to fix it, and if something gets damaged, we make it right. We cover your paver restoration the same way we cover any job, and you deal directly with us, not a call center.
A paver restoration usually takes about three days, including the cleaning day and the cure time. We clean and clear the joints on the first day, then return to lay the fresh sand and seal the pavers.
Paver sealer generally lasts about two to three years before it's time to reseal. How long you get depends on the pavers and how much sun, traffic, and weather they take, so we don't put a promise on it.
