Residential Pressure Washing for Brick and Vinyl Homes
Powhatan has brick ranches, Cape Cods, and country farmhouses on wooded lots, so brick and vinyl are the two surfaces we wash the most. Each one gets the method that suits it.
- House Washing: A gentle soft wash for vinyl, stucco, Dryvit, and brick, with no high pressure on the siding. We can clean the outside glass on the same visit if you'd like your windows done too.
- Roof Cleaning: A soft wash for asphalt shingle and slate roofs that lifts the growth without walking the shingles.
- Gutter Cleaning: We clean gutters by hand, bag the leaves, haul them off, and flush every downspout. We clean gutters on homes up to three stories. We install gutter guards as well.
- Driveway Cleaning: We pre-treat first, then use a flat surface cleaner for an even finish. We clean concrete driveways only. If your concrete is brand new, we'll lower the pressure or suggest waiting so we don't harm the surface.
- Concrete Cleaning: Patios, sidewalks, walkways, and pool decks, mostly the walks and patios out here. You can walk on it as soon as we finish.
- Deck Cleaning: A soft wash for composite, and a medium-pressure wash for pressure-treated pine and cedar.
- Fence Cleaning: Vinyl and wood fences, your side only or both sides, whichever you prefer.
- Deck & Fence Staining: We wash and stain for one price. We spray the stain on, then back-brush it into every gap and crack.
- Concrete Sealing: We clean first, fill the cracks, then apply a sealer matched to broom-swept, exposed aggregate, or decorative concrete.
- Paver Sealing: We seal clay, concrete, and brick pavers with Trident products in your chosen finish.
- Paver Restoration: A deep clean, fresh joint sand, and a protective seal, all in one job.
We suggest washing at least once a year, and twice a year if your budget allows, once after spring pollen and again before winter.
